Costs & Reservations
The cost is $70 for a single per day, or $108 for a couple. Weekly rates for a single are $450 and $650 for a couple. We request a 50% deposit to hold the dates you want. We prefer reservations for a minimum of one week, but will accept shorter-term reservations to fill in gaps between longer visitors, or during slow times. During high season or busy times, (High season is December through April) we place a priority on weekly or longer requests. |

Rates are in US currency, however payment in Costa Rican Colones is acceptable, calculated at the current exchange rate. We accept cash, Pay Pal (ask for account information) and direct bank transfers (US & Costa Rica) Rates do not include: 13% Costa Rica Sales Tax, Alcohol purchase, additional medications or foods not part of our plan. |

SERVICES INCLUDED: Pick up and return to San Vito if you have not rented a car. 2 large meals, and one smaller meal per day Housekeeping and Laundry Slow speed limited internet access Lending Library / Book and Videos Learning opportunities in tropical agriculture, foods, Costa Rican culture and Spanish language |
OPTIONAL SERVICES AVAILABLE: Tour coordination - local and in-country touring options If you want to bring a group for some activity and touring, we can also help coordinate and make reservations in other local facilities for you. |

CANCELLATION POLICY: (Sorry, but we have to do this!) If you find it necessary to cancel your reservation within 30 days of your arrival date, we charge 50% of the total amount of the reservation. We will refund any balance due to you, less any transaction fee, within 2 weeks. If you cancel within 48 hours of your reservation date or no-show, no refund is available. If you arrive and don't stay the length of your reservation, no refund is available. When we hold the guest room, we turn down all other requests for that same time. When you cancel, you leave us with an empty room when we might have otherwise filled it. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS FROM 20 DECEMBER - 3 JANUARY, EASTER WEEK / SEMANA SANTA. |
